The products we sell are almost always custom-imprinted and as such, usually can't be returned. However, if there's a misprint or the product is defective, we'll surely make it right. Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
If you're buying blank goods, returns get tricky. We'll stand behind the quality and replace defective goods. But since each of our 500-600 suppliers have different return policies, it's more than we can handle. So we simply can't accept returns for blank goods that are in fact usable items.
There are absolutely no returns on samples.
Since we are a distributor and work with hundreds of different suppliers, shipping costs, carriers, and methods may vary.
Yat Promotions will always provide an estimated shipping cost and recommend the best carrier/method to meet an in-hands date before going to production with an order and will honor that estimate in the event that actual shipping costs are higher than originally quoted.
